Back to School Program

Our Back to School Program provides essential school supplies to over 600 children and youth who otherwise start the school year unprepared. For many of us, the back-to-school season is filled with excitement as we get new clothes, shoes, and supplies. Sadly, many children in Canada do not share this experience. Some may rely on hand-me-downs from older siblings, while others go without backpacks and necessary supplies.

At Mamas for Mamas, we believe no child should face such a disadvantage. Together, we can continue to level the playing field for all students, giving them the opportunity to start the school year on equal footing. Your support ensures that no child feels left out or unprepared. Join us in making this school year the best one yet for the children in our community. Donate today and be a part of something truly special.

How You Can Help

Supporting our Back to School Program is easier than you might think. There are several ways to contribute and make a real difference in the lives of children and youth in our community:

Monetary Donations: Financial contributions are the most flexible form of support, allowing us to purchase exactly what each child needs. Donations can be made online through our secure donation portal.

In-Kind Donations: If you prefer to donate school supplies directly, we welcome new backpacks, notebooks, pencils, crayons, and other essential items. We have drop-off locations across the city for your convenience.
