Karma Market Support Coordinator

All persons working directly with the clientele will have experience working with vulnerable

populations. A criminal record check must be on file and renewed every two years as per organization policy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Track and monitor items in store, fill in when appropriate, while maintaining office space
• Provides care for children in a healthy, safe, and structured environment
• Enter data into Salesforce
• Shop directly with clientele, assess needs and refer to at risk if necessary
• Screening all clients and walk-ins
• Support and assist in sorting donations
• Adhere to volunteer and staff schedule
• Assess clients’ needs, situations, strengths, and support networks to determine their goals
• Responding to emails and answering phone calls
• Monitor, evaluate and record client progress through follow ups/ check ins
• An addition to existing support for front end, staff, and volunteers
• Any other duties assigned

This is an in-person position at the Mamas for Mamas Karma Market located at 1200 Leathead Road. The position will be 20 to 25 hours per week at a wage of $20 per hour. The hours of work are to be completed from 930am to 430pm Monday through Friday based on scheduling. Benefits will be offered after the successful completion of a 3 month probation period.
